Juice or Smoothie

I prefer smoothies to juice. I don't like wasting the pulp and need the fiber. I understand that juice gives concentrated nutrition and do drink the juice of a fresh lemon (or ACV) in my water first thing in the morning, but my go to drink/meal, especially for breakfast is a smoothie. I typically have a Spinach Smoothie with a frozen banana, handful of spinach, handful of walnuts, teaspoon of PB2, and 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes, I'll use dark chocolate unsweetened almond milk for an especially yummy treat! 

I got the idea for this smoothie from Drew Manning, the Fit2Fat2Fit guy, and modified it a bit to be vegan and suit my taste. Here is his recipe:
