Long Day
It's 9 pm and I'm just getting home from being on the go since 5 a.m. No supper again tonight, just an apple, fruit and nut bar after work when I realized I wouldn't be getting home until too late to eat. I'm trying to break the snack habit and replace it with eating three times a day based on my nutrition coach's advice. That is a major adjustment for me coming from the school of thought to eat three meals and two-three snacks a day to keep your blood sugar regulated. In the past, confusion on food choices led me to draw my own conclusion which was to eat whatever I want whenever I want, but at 315 pounds which is where I'm at now, I can say that's definitely not working for me! It's time for a change and I will just warrior through the challenging parts. No one ever said it was easy, just worth it
